01 Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member" or "You") and 99cuci ("Platform", "We" or "99cuci"), an online gaming platform operating under international licensing.

In this document, "Services" refers to all functions provided by 99cuci including slots, live casino, sports betting, online poker, and all related payment services. "Account" refers to the user profile registered on this platform.

This Agreement governs your use of all parts of the 99cuci platform, including the official website at https://99cuci.one, the mobile application (if available), and all official communication channels operated by 99cuci.

02 User Eligibility

Use of the 99cuci platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be fully met before any account may be opened or used:

• Users must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Users must be individuals acting on their own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Users must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Users must not be individuals who have been declared by a court as incapable of making financial decisions.
• Users must not appear on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list imposed by any relevant authority.

By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and current. You also agree that any false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, the same phone number, the same email address, or the same payment information is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete and accurate information, including your full name as per your identification card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. The password chosen must be strong and must not be shared with any other party.

• Your account password is entirely your personal responsibility.
• 99cuci will not ask for your password through any communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
• Phone number and email verification may be required to fully activate your account.

99cuci reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason. This decision is final and cannot be challenged.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99cuci platform are subject to minimum limits and set procedures. The receipt of funds into your account and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Payment methods accepted by 99cuci include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the method selected.

For withdrawals, the standard processing time is between 30 minutes to 3 hours once the withdrawal request is approved. Withdrawal requests may take longer if additional verification is required or during peak periods.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the account or e-wallet registered in your name only.
• 99cuci does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for security reasons.
• Any attempt to manipulate the payment process will result in the account being suspended for investigation.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

99cuci reserves the right to request supporting documents such as proof of identity or proof of ownership of the payment method before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or when there is any suspicious activity on the account.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

99cuci offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside the relevant promotional offer. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming any bonus.

The 99cuci VIP Programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each offering weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% respectively. Members are moved to a higher tier based on their gaming activity over time.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to another party.
• Each user is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system or open multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses is a serious violation that will result in account closure.
• 99cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus credits resulting from a technical fault or system error will be voided.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the 99cuci platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and fishing games — have specific rules available within each game's interface. Users are responsible for understanding the rules before they start playing.

Game results generated by the system are final. 99cuci uses certified random number generators (RNG) for slot and casino games, and independently calculated market odds for sports betting. Results cannot be disputed unless there is concrete evidence of a technical failure.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases of technical error acknowledged by 99cuci.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results through technical means or by colluding with other players is prohibited.
• Using bot software, automated scripts or any external tools that provide an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these terms.
• 99cuci reserves the right to void bets or winnings obtained through exploitation of technical bugs or system errors.

07 Security and Privacy

99cuci takes the protection of users' personal information seriously. All data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read on the Privacy Policy page. We use SSL encryption technology to ensure all communication between your browser and our servers remains secure.

Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. If you suspect your account has been compromised or your password has become known to someone else, you must notify the 99cuci support team immediately so that appropriate protective action can be taken.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a secure internet connection when accessing your account.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for an extra layer of protection.

08 Account Closure and Restriction

99cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account immediately and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may lead to such action include:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Identity fraud or use of falsified documents.
• Opening of multiple accounts by the same user.
• Unauthorised exploitation of bonuses or the promotions system.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Dangerous or threatening behaviour towards staff or other users.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request on responsible gambling grounds.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any cash balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures once the account review is complete.

Account closure does not release the user from any legal obligations that existed before the closure date.

09 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The 99cuci platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the service running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or consistently virus-free availability of the platform.

99cuci will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including loss of expected profits, loss of data or business interruption.

In the event of a dispute between a user and 99cuci, both parties agree to first seek resolution through customer support channels via friendly consultation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

10 Amendment of Terms

99cuci reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page from time to time to stay informed of the latest terms.

For changes that are material or significant, 99cuci will endeavour to notify users via an in-platform notice or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
